Am I the only one?!

Who really is not in the Christmas Spirit? I am just not feeling it this year~and the whole 6 inches of snow we got last night did not help much. (I'm happy to be up here and NOT the shore for once.) I feel like this year just flew by, and it's not really Christmas time. LOL!

Either way, we are ready, the shopping is done, thank God! I have to honestly say I don't think we've ever been this finished before by this time. Ususally Christmas Eve we are running around last minute shopping, but I have to honestly say this year, we went out for Black Friday, and we were pretty much DONE Black Friday. LOL! Such a great feeling!

Now, Bill is off this week, and then next week the kids are off. Hoorah! LOL! I have finally recovered from my 3 straight weeks of singing. I don't think I've had that many shows in forever! LOL! but now we are off for 2 weeks, and it's nice to lounge around and do nothing.

Bill bought us a new surround sound system for the Family Room, and I have to say it's really nice. We can get youtube, Blockbuster, Pandora internet radio, and Netfilx movies streamed to it. It is so awesome! I can't wait to start watching some movies on it! I got a new computer, Actually a DESKTOP! I have not had one of those in such a long time, but in order for me to keep my nice house to continue looking nice, I need a computer I can not lug around everywhere! LOL! It stays in the office, and that's where everything gets done now. I cleaned out all my junk drawers, and moved all that crap to the office, and designated places as well, and it's so nice. I love coming into my house and not seeing toys everywhere! Having my basement finished is the greatist thing EVER!! Who would have thought that my house would be a completely different house after the basement gets done!? Now Carrie does not trip on toys to put the clothes away, I don't have to worry about who is not sleeping because they are playing with toys......ugh, it's so nice!

I started making cards and invitations again, so if you need anything, just let me know! Digital Photo Cards are the complete way to go!

What's wrong with your phone today?!?

So everyone knows I got the new Iphone 3GS......which I absolutely LOVE BTW!! However, the only reason that I got it was because I was singing in Northeast P.A. where I was not getting a Cell reception. Well, now that I am not singing up there anymore, there really is no reason for me to continue with the AT&T service. Might I add that my cell phone plan was $173.64 every month.

Also, you guys might remember that I recently Jailbroke my Iphone because of the fact that I love the cute themes (I love to be different), and I don't like being exactly held to what anyone wants me to do. So I was in the jailbreaking section of my Iphone program, and I noticed something that said "Sn0w". Then it said, "To unlock your phone to use other carriers..." OMG REALLY?!? Can it be THIS easy?!?! So I click on it, and all of a sudden it says that my iphone is unlocked!! Get outta here!!! So I grab Carrie's sim card for her cell phone, to see if it worked. And S.O.B. if it did not work!! So I then I found my old Sim Card for T-Mobile~for when I had the G1, and popped it in there and Holy Cow!! IT WORKED!!

So let me explain.....We had my old line still active because they were going to charge us $200 to cancel the line. So we but it to basic, and we were just paying $10 a month on it. So what I did was, Ported my phone number from AT&T to T-Mobile, so I can keep my AT&T number (which I love~yet again) and had them add the data plan $35.00 a month with unlimited texting and picture messaging.. They were happy to keep my business, and they said that they supported the Iphones. So how great is this??

I am still waiting for my number to port over, so for those who are calling me today, It is going to say my number is not in service. Hopefully by tomorrow I will be back and running. I am currently using my old T-Mobile number, but not giving it out because it will soon be history. I am so happy that I could jump up and down like an idiot!

A funny story....

So I got the mail today and we have a realtor at the shore, that we'll probably never use, but he sends up little newsletters with little facts, and the house of the month.

Anyway....

So there is this article that he put in there called "What's in your pocketbook??"

and it reads....

Researchers recently tested 50 purses for harmful bacteria and discovered that one in four handbags were contaminated with E. Coli, the bacteria found in human and animal waste. Many more were carrying other bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aurous and salmonella.

Researchers advise using a disinfectant wipe daily on your purse and, when in public spaces such as restrooms, suggest hanging your bag rather than placing it on the floor. It's also a good idea to avoid putting your purse on countertops or anywhere food is prepared....

Now I have to laugh.....If any of my children go near my $800 Louis Vuitton, or my $1200.00 Louis Vuitton, I have a caranary, so why on earth would I use a disinfectant wipe that could potentially ruin the leather~and destroy my investments?! LOL! If I owned a Walmart purse or something like that, then I would absolutely do it in a heartbeat~but....I don't think so! I do however like the whole "do not put the purse on the floor" idea...I have purse hooks so I don't have to do that, but with 5 kids nothing is guaranteed. Hell, I use my 1 Louis as my diaper bag for crying out loud! LOL!

Oh well, just thought any other Designer Purse Lover would appreciate what I read today!

So unfortunate for who?!

So I went to Old Country Buffett the other day with the kids, (minus Donovan) and I had to take them to the bathroom. So I was waiting for Brayden to get out. So this old woman comes out of her stall, and says "Oh you have 3 boys?" I said, no I actually have 5. She said, "5 boys, you are so unfortunate!"

OMG, how can I be so unfortunate? I know Seniors are seniors, and most of the time can't shut a mouth up for the life of them, but come on~was that really necessary?!? I said to her, unfortunate for what?! That my boys are healthy? I don't think I'm unfortunate! And that is pretty much how it was left. People amaze me on how inconsiderate they can be. Then she proceeds to tell me that she had 3 boys, so my only assumption is that she doe not get along with her boys?! What do you think? I hope to have an awesome relationship with my kids when they grow up. They are already sweet boys, and I am so excited to see how awesome they will be in the future.

So our rugs for the basement and family room are coming The 7th! I'm so excited to finally see this basement finished. I really need to get all these toys out of here, and down there before I have to kill someone. LOL! The family room and kitchen are re painted and look very nice, and now I just need the finishing touches!

Austin is now starting to get on all 4's and rock back and fourth. So he's getting ready to crawl soon, It's so sad for me to see my last baby growing up! He got his bottom 2 teeth in at the same time~so explains for all the drooling, poor kid! He still won't sit up on his own, but I'm not worried, he will eventually. He's rolling around like crazy and getting into things just as well.

Okay, so I lied

I said that I was going to move my blog to my other site, but I just really like this one so much~that I've decided to keep it here!

Anyway with that said, I am needing a lot of catching up to do!

So may I ask any of you if you think it's right that the school is not obligated to tell us if there is swine flu in the system? Apparently we have 4 cases in our school, and not 1 letter came home saying so. Apparently again, someone called the school on this, and they said that they are not obligated to say anything about it. I think that is complete bullcrap! Since this is suppose to be so dangerous, then they SHOULD be obligated to let us know. I don't know what to think on this. But I do think that policy needs to be changed~and quickly!

My house is coming along slowly, my TV is up, the living room and kitchen is painted, and the basement.............well, it's coming along~almost completed there is another week and 1/2 or so, then it should be done. All that is left is the rug, and the molding. Then we are ready to go.

So, I only had my computer 1 month, and the kids already broke the drive. I could not play anything for the life of me....they decided to put a shop rite shoppers club card in the disk drive. Needless to say, 1 trip to Apple store, and 1 disk drive replacement later, and we are all good to go! Funny how no one recalls putting it in there......hmmm.....

The kids are doing well in school. They are having fun going on playdates, and hanging out. I am trying my best to keep any flu, or anything bacterial out of my house. I lysol every night, and I don't allow them to kiss anyone on the lips. Not even us. I was so terrified of the swine flu, until I got the real scoop on it, saying that it's not so deadly as they make it. It's just another flu, and because the pharm. companies need the money ($35.00) per vaccanation, of course they are going to hype it up. From what I'm hearing, you'd rather have the swine, then the regular flu. So Bring it on! (just stay away from the baby!)

Austin is doing great. He's so cute! Rolling everywhere to get what he wants. It's so funny! He is eating stage 2 foods now. He's a piggy!

I can't believe that Halloween is almost here~where did October go? Next thing we know, it's going to be Christmas! Grrr... It's amazing how when you're a kid, time takes forever, but when you're an adult, it just comes a goes so fast!

I joined MoRock. www.morockband.com I left my PA band due to circumstances beyond my control, so I am back to rocking the NJ crowd, just like I use to! I am very excited to be with these guys, and I think it's going to be good.

That's it for now. But I'll be back!

Disney...then a disaster...

So our trip to Disney was so much fun! Considering that we had a hurricane on the coast, and a depleted tropical storm that came through also, the weather was hot, humid, and rainy. Typical weather from assumption though. I guess on the "rains 3 times a day" Floridians live by!

Our house was amazing, and it was so great to stay in a place where we did not have to share a pool, or any private time we wanted to have. The resort was beautiful, right on a golf course, and for all we got the price was certainly right! We will rent another house for our next trip, for a family of our size, it's really the right thing to do.

So we arrived in Florida about 11:30 am. The house was not ready, so we met up with Carrie, went to eat, drop off her rental car~and went food shopping. By the time we were done doing all of this, the house was ready for us. The kids were so impressed, all they kept saying was "OMG, this house must cost a fortune!!" LOL! They wanted to swim everyday, and the pool water was so warm and great~I was a happy camper! (I hate water less than 80 deg.) after we unpacked everything, we all literally jumped in the pool with all of our clothes on, it was so much fun!

Donovan learned how to swim that week, Brayden loved swimming with his swimmies on, and Rowan LOVED the pool!! Jordan was being cranky, so he hated everything that week...he just wanted to "go back to his Blue house!"

First we went to Magic Kingdom, and it was really nice, it rained a bit, but it did not last too much. Carrie pretty much taught us that when it rained there, we just do the shows, or the indoor rides. I was happy about the fact that all the lines were in buildings for the most part. So that really cut back on heat stroke and major sunburn!

Second, we went to Epcot. All the lines were really long for Soaring and test track, so we decided to do the countries, and come back to Epcot another day. All the fast passes were distributed for the day, so we figured that we would get lucky on another day....which we did.

Third, we went to Hollywood studios. That was a lot of fun! Brayden got to be in the Star Wars Jedi training show, he was so excited! Rowan got to meet his hero, Handy Manny! He was so cute, trying to claw his was out of my arms to get to him...I did not realize that he loved him so much! They got their faces painted (and I joined them). We went on the Tower of Terror ride, and OMG, I don't think I'll go back on it ever again!! LOL! It was soo scary!

Fourth, we went to Animal Kindgom. We were there for only an hour and 1/2 because I ended up with heat exhaustion, and Rowan had 102.2 fever and threw up all over Bill right before we went on the train ride from the petting zoo (which was lame) back to the main park. So we left right after that, and went back to the house. We swam, and got Rowan some Tylenol, and made him relax for the day.

The next day he was starting to feel better, so we went back to epcot, rode what we missed, then went back to Magic Kingdom to go back on the teacups, and go shopping. Bill and I even got a chance to get out on our own, and we went to Joe's Crab Shack and Downtown Disney to do some shopping. It was nice for just the 2 of us to get out and do something (which with 5 kids we hardly get to ever do.)

The ride down was really nice, all the kids slept, and we made pretty good time. The ride back home was another story! Brayden ended up catching whatever Rowan had, and when we stopped in Virginia to get a hotel and sleep, we noticed that Brayden had a fever. Soooo, now I know why we rented a house instead of a hotel room, it was chaos! Rowan was screaming and crying, Jordan was cranky and crying, Donovan passed back out, and so did Brayden. The kids need seperate rooms, or, rooms with not so many people! LOL!

The next morning, we get back into the car, and I gave Brayden a plastic bag in case if he had to throw up. Well, we just almost got into Delaware, and guess who throws up all over my car WITHOUT using the provided plastic bag!?!? All I heard was, BLECHHH,,,,BLECH......I said "OMG WTF WAS THAT?!" And Bill looks in the back and said, Oh no! Brayden just threw up everywhere! So now we pull over to the next exit, and I'm now cleaning puke! (Great way to end a trip huh?!) Well, now we had to call my dad and ask if he could bring Austin to our house instead of us picking him up, because now we had nowhere to put him! (we were only 120 miles from home.) As soon as we got home, I kicked out all the kids, and had to totally sanitize my car! GROSS!!! It sucks how puke finds all the tiny nooks and crannies that are hardes to get to! LOL! Thankfully, I got it all out, and the car smells fresh and clean.

Rowan was so good during this trip, it was amazing! We were really expecting to have a hard time with him, but he is known as the Observing child. He'll just sit and watch, and he's happy with it. as soon as I opened up the stroller, he walked right to it, and sat down and put on the seatbelt. It was so cute!

I can't wait until we travel again...but Disney will have to wait for a while. The kids liked it, but they noticed the "lack" of thrill rides for them, and were getting bored on the little slow rides (small world, peter pan, etc..) So next time (in about 3 years) we are going to do Disney Quest, Sea World, and Bush Gardens. We think that will be more fun. But until then, I think we are going to do little trips to Virginia, and North Carolina to the beaches...somewhere to just get away for a weekend, and relax. Bill and I don't know how to plan "relaxing" trips, we seem to be moving all the time! LOL!

Oh yeah, WTF with South of the Border!?! We went there because I figured it would be fun for the kids...and it was a ghost town! Practically everything is boarded up and closed down. It was really sad, I remember going there all the time as a kid, and it being so lively. I was kind of upset at how pathetic it was. I'd love to know what happened, and why it's so trashed.

Oh well! That's the practically Readers Digest version! LOL! Hoped you enjoyed reading!

GO TO BED!!!

My God! Any other night these kids are pretty good with going to bed. They all go down at 8 p.m. even the baby. Sometimes we get those nights where 1 child will forget to "tell" us something, and they come in our room like 4 times before we have to get nasty with them.

But tonight is a worse night, these children will not go to sleep for the life of them. They are constantly playing and laughing and hitting each other. I've told them at least 10 times now to go to bed or they will be seperated. (The whole summer they have had sleepovers in each others rooms.) So now guess what?!? They are being seperated for tonight.

Today was one of those days. I bought a new mop because my floors need cleaning major. They broke it. I took them to the mall so I could do a few things, they did not listen. It's such an aggervating day today, and I JUST WANT THEM TO GO THE FRIG TO BED ALREADY!!! GRRR...

You would think that they would behave like this on a full moon, which It's not. Maybe they are just getting excited for Disney which is now only 3 days away, either way, I can not deal, and they need to go to bed. I look forward to my evenings with the Hunk, and it aggervates me today, that I have to deal with this worse case of silliness.

Someone please give me a beer!

Pensyltucky and Pig Roasts

So this weekend really showed me a whole new world of which I am not use to....

I played at a private party this weekend at this person's house. He had a very strong accent that almost sounded like a cross between German, and English. Really cool to listen to. LOL, so because I love people from other countries, because I love to learn about them, I asked him where he was from. He said "Here, I've lived here all my life". I was amazed. He said he was Pennsylvania Dutch, and that was where the accent was from. I felt so stupid. Here I am, only 40 minutes northeast of where I am living, and it's like a whole other world. I did not even know that such an accent existed!

There were 2 houses set on 60+ acres, and it had the most beautiful view of the mountains, it was unreal. The food was amazing, all handmade goodies, from pickled eggs marinated in beets, to zuchinni bread (which I thought was banana bread~so that is a great trick to feed kids that don't like veggies), There were also a dozen delicious desserts~rhubarb pie, some smores thing that was awesome. Needless to say, I was sick to my tummy~because it's all stuff that I don't normally include in my diet. LOL!

But the most gnarly thing caught my eye! I did not know it was a pig roast (which I've never been to before in my life!) So the guy opens up the grill/smoker thing~and there was A WHOLE PIG in it! OMG, let me tell you, I could not stop staring at this thing.....I think it's mainly because I've never actually seen my food still have a head! LOL! now this does not bother me in any way. I mean, it's survival of the fittest right?!?

Here I was, taking pictures and video of them cutting it, I just could not believe what I was seeing right in front of me! I will show pictures when I upload them (I don't have them now, they are on my phone.)

So the funniest part of this story is at the end of the party, the man hacked off the head, and let me bring it home to the boys! LOL! Yes I am serious! I explained that we've never seen anything like this before, and I thought they'd really enjoy seeing where their food comes from. So he cut off the head, and put it in a box, and told me to eat the cheek meat because it was the best meat on the whole pig. So I bring home my prize, and when I walk through the door with it, The Hunk's face was priceless~He was like "WTF is that?!?!" LOL! Then the kids came over, and they could not stop touching it, and looking at the teeth (yes, the teeth were still in tact.) So after they were done poking and prodding for a bit, we threw him away! I figured it would scare them, but on the contrary they wanted me to have the head mounted so we can put it on the wall! LOL!! Those kids are too funny!

Don't tell me no lies, and keep your hands to yourself!!

Today we went to Dorney Park again, because we did not go last Thursday. We had a great day swimming, playing, riding rides. Until we decided to let the boys play in this one play area next to the snoopy stage. It's like a big playhouse that is empty off of camp snoopy.

Either way. I was feeding Austin and watching the boys with the Hunk, then all of a sudden Brayden comes running out screaming that a boy smacked him hard in the face (No, he did not deserve it~for those who like to think such things of my children...like when Donovan got punched in the nose...you know who you are....) the kid left a hand print on his face....So then I look in the window (which are huge), and I can see Jordan backing away from a boy who tried to hit him, and then saw he went behind Donovan, and Donovan tried so hard to hit the boy back in defense of his brothers. (sad thing is he missed these kids by 6 miles, and had a girlie limp wrist! LOL, he's so cute!)

Anyway, so then I tell the Hunk to run and go see what's going on. He goes and I'm not too far behind him. Then I see an Indian mom and dad come into the area also...(just my luck~here we go again!) Well, we pull the kids out of the house, and I automatically yell "Brayden, why did he hit you?" (right in front of the parents~so they can hear an explination), and he's crying saying "I don't know!!" So I look at the father, and say "we'll he needs to apologize to my son." Then Donovan said that the kid hit Brayden and then he tried to hit Jordan and himself, but they did not do anything to deserve it...the child who hit him also could not give an explination...so then the father puts his hands out in a calm down motion and says "Okay well, we all need to apologize to each other." (That was all he had to say!) Now I am super Pi$$ed! I looked at that Jerk and yelled at him "MY CHILDREN ARE NOT APOLOGIZING TO YOUR KIDS!! THEY DID NOTHING WRONG!!" I said, I do not raise my kids to hit other kids, because they know it's not right, and the'll get in trouble! I said, I already delt with a situation like this before where my kid got punched in the face for not doing anything, and my kids are not apologizing~sorry!" And I made the kids leave. Yes, I even threw an F-Bomb at him, but don't remember the context, I think I said he was Fu&%ing crazy/stupid/ if he thought my kids were apologizing. I was so mad, as we were walking away I yelled at him that I don't raise my kids to apologize to scumbag kids who like to hit people.

That's right ladies! I cursed my little heart out! The father even looked at the Hunk like "O-M-G" LOL! It was priceless, and the mother looked scared! LOL!! And the Hunk was like~"Uh Ho, here she goes!"

I'm sorry, but I do not approve of children being so loose with their fists and hitting each other over the stupidist crap, or crap at all! Yes, I am an advocate of not hitting back so the other child will be 100% in the fault when it comes to dicipline. I do not like fighting, it's not worth it. I have raised my children to not hit back just because of this reason, they will not hit back, but in turn tell on the child~so they are doing EXACTLY what I taught them. That's why when Donovan got punched 2 times in the nose, he did not hit back, instead, he told me what happened, because he knew if he hit those kids back, he would have been in a lot of trouble. They did the right thing.

But you know what?!? I am getting a little sick and tired of kids picking on my kids, and I've decided to start letting them take karate starting the fall, even though it's against my better judgement of hitting back. However, if they start getting picked on now, who is to say it's not gonna get worse, as they will be considered "easy targets" because they know they will not hit back. Well, things are gonna change as of tomorrow. I am approving of this hitting thing~but only in self defense. I still do not approve of throwing the first punch, and if it happens they are in MAJOR trouble, But if they are defending themselves, I am not going to dicipline them for hitting back, I am only going to hope to God that they made it worth it! If they get in trouble, like at school, Oh well~consider it a vacation day~I'll take them to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate!

Just so you know, I do not think my kids are perfect...I'm sure they annoy people and kids, just like others kids do the same, but I do not think that it's appropriate to hit, because a child thinks another child is annoying. (and for you parents who thought Donovan "Probably Deserved" to get punched 2 times in the face~you know who you are, and so do I) Just for the record, because I don't know if I blogged about the reason he did get punched........but the reason he got punched in the face was because the kids were trying to take off his Croc's and he did not want them to, so they got annoyed that he would not let them take his shoes off~so because they were annoyed, they punched him in the face. So now you stupid, inconsiderate Pieces of Chit, do you think he deserved it now?!?!?! Real good reason to punch someone in the face, especially a child~huh?!? Such mature thoughts for such tiny stupid brains!

Where was I....Oh......Sorry, back to my blog...I hate when I have an afterthought....

It's funny now as the kids get older, and you have to change your parenting style to fit what situation the kids will come across....I never thought that I would have to make this decision, and again, I'm not happy about it, but what am I gonna do?! Let my kids be punching bags for disturbed, angry individuals? I think not......I'd much rather them kick some ass!

Butt Kickin' Booties and the lack of good Chinese Buffets.

Today was a day from hell....let me tell you! It was not really one of those "Good" Days.

I understand the Coral knuckleheads are young....and kids will be kids, but today was one of those days where I wanted to rip my hair out.....or just run away.

We went shopping with Carrie so we can grab the last of the stuff we need for our Crazy Disney vacation. Before we went in the first store I said to the "Okay guys, let's show Carrie how good we behave in the stores!" (famous last words...)

Well, let's just say that everything they know they are NOT suppose to do in the stores.....they did! From running around and horse playing, to hiding in the racks and touching everything that man created. Between Rowan screaming the whole time in the Christmas Tree Shop because he was woken from his nap, to Rowan screaming in Marshall's because he was still not happy and getting his way, and Brayden whining and fighting with his brothers, to Donovan initiating everything, I wanted to hang them all by their toenails and give them Chinese water tourture until one of them understood that I have had enough.

Now explain to me this.....why on earth is Pennsylvania the only place that has the worst chinese buffets in the world?!? Now everyone who knows me (Gen) knows that when I come to NJ I HAVE to go to the Chinese Buffet, because I can not for the life of me get a decent fix here. The food is so terrible, dry and greasy. So much so, that I get belly aches, and I feel so sick afterward. So we went to one in Whitehall, and the food was so terrible (which I expected). It was cold, and they did not replenish anything. The crab legs were tiny and not good, and the butter that I had gotten to dip them in I saw had a gnat floating in it....let's just say that I immediately lost my appetite. So then I wanted an ice cream. I go to the self serve station and went to grab the ice cream scoop, when I saw that they had it stored in a glass, for God knows how long, with stagnet water and residue from all the other people that have used it that day, I totally lost whatever appetite I had left. No way on earth was I going to use it, it was so gross. So I ended up using a regular spoon to scoop out 5 cups worth of ice cream for the kids. I will never go to that place again. Just terrible.

So then we came home....Bill put the kids to bed, and I was soo irritated, that I went out and washed my car.....yes I did....1:00 in the morning. It was really relaxing believe it or not. I did not have to listen to ANY kids, and the only thing I heard was running water......

Calgon....Take me away.......

Should I feel soo bad and guilty?!?

I've made the executive decision to leave our youngest Coral, to stay with his Godmother and Pop-Pop, instead of bringing him with us on our Florida vacation....should I be feeling as guilty as I do? I know he has no idea what's going on, so it's not like he's going to miss it, but I feel bad because he is not going to be participating in the things we are doing.

I mean, it's going to be so much easier leaving him with Gen and pop-pop, especially when it comes time to ride the rides, I'll be thanking myself for my decision, but it's the rest of the family time that we will be spending together, that he will not be there.......I feel so bad...

Ho Hum....

The hunk says that I should not feel bad because we will go again in a few years when he's older, so he can have the experience also....but I dunno....I still feel bad...he's soo little! LOL! I guess I'll just miss his little smile for the time we are gone~I know he is going to be in good hands, but it's just the fact that I've never left any of my kids somewhere for that amount of time.....

Well, my parents took Donovan and Brayden for a week once, but they were only 2 hours away from home, not over 1,000 miles away...and they were older. I guess it's good he's the age he is, so then I know he's not gonna be very mobile. LOL, he barely rolls over at this point, he's just starting to, but it's not like he's crawling yet. So he's really easy to take care of! LOL!

I can't believe we are leaving so soon, this trip is coming up closer and closer, time is just flying by! Then like 2 days after we get home, the kids start their first day of school! I am so excited for Brayden to start Kindergarden. He wants to ride that school bus so bad it's painful for him! LOL!!!! But having 2 out of the 5 kids in school is going to be awesome!

I don't think that I mentioned Jordan misses the cut off for Kindergarden next year, so he will be another year at home. So I am keeping him home this year, then next he'll be in preschool, then the next he'll be in Kindergarden. Rowan will be in the same situation. Because they are Sept, and October babies, so they miss it. Grr.....Oh well. It's gonna be strange when they are all in school full time....then what do I do?!? Free time?!? What's that?!? LOL!!!

Heck, when Austin is potty trained, I am not going to know what to do with myself. So far, I have been changing diapers for 7 straight years. LOL! I don't know WHAT it's like to not wipe a booty! The day they all go on the pot is going to be the strangest day for me....LOL!!!

I know, I know

It's been a week since I updated again...or something like that! LOL! I've been so busy, ugh....when school starts I'll have more time!

So I finished the Chiminea, and it's GEORGOUS!!! (if I do say so myself!) Looks brandy new, and the boys had such a great time with it! Here is the finished product!
Looks good, Huh?!? I am so proud of myself! Now, I have to find one for my friends because they want one! LOL! I told them I'd refinish it for them, so if anyone comes across a metal one, (not the clay ones) Please let me know! Thanks!!

So........I waxed my armpits....or I should say Armpit...(after this experience, I was too traumatized to do the other one!) the day before GWO (girls weekend out). And I guess I did not pull the skin taught enough, and OMG hurt like a mother!! LOL! I had a pretty red and raw area in my armpit because of this, and lemme tell you~I'm gonna designate a friend to hold my skin tighter............so beware!!!!! LOL!!!! I'm soo into waxing, and since I have a somewhat mild case of OCD, I'm suprised that I and my family are not all completely hairless! LOL!! My new answer to everything is....."that's okay, we can just wax it off!" LOL! I'm trying to convince the Hunk to let me do his chest....so far I think it's a no go~Grrr....

So we are on 26 days until Disney, we just ordered our tickets and should be getting them soon! I am soo excited for the kids! And I can't wait until we see this house in person that we are going to be staying in! Ugh, it's gonna be soo nice!!

I have not yet decided on what I am doing with the shoutters, however, I can tell you this much....them little S.O.B's now moved their nest to my dining room shutters! OMG DOES IT EVER FREAKING STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate birds, I think I now hate birds more than I hate freaking Liver......or a good stomache pumping...AND GUESS WHAT!?!?! They grew MORE babies on my back deck!!!!!!!!!! AAAHHHH! Okay, so here are the new babies (second batch this summer) LOL!
Awwww so cute under my deck.....NOT!!! (you only think it's cute because they are not under YOUR deck! LOL!)
Aww, the flash woke them up...so now they are noisy! GGRREATTT!!!

And the house with NO shutters on the stone. I think it does not look that bad. And now we are pretty much bird free (minus the deck) so it's not soo bad! I will deal with it, and I like it actually! If anyone comes across birdhouses relatively inexpensive I would like to purchase some, I need to give them another option besides my house to spawn in! LOL!

This past weekend, I went to GWO (girls weekend out) and got smashed, and that's all you guys need to know, but here is a great picture for you all to laugh at!
I was stupid drunk, LMAO! But a great picture of me for all of you guys to laugh at, for the end of this blog!
XOXO, Thanks for reading!!

It did not rain....

So I decided that I was going to prime the Chiminea! I am so happy that I got to do it! Here is what it looks like primed!
Now I can't wait to paint it....the whole thing is that it is spray paint...which I am not a big fan of, and I am considering buying the pain instead. I worry about the overspray, and I don't want to fume up the ozone anymore than it already is...Ugh, I can't make up my mind. I think I am a better painter than spray painter! LOL! So this is in the primed state right now, until I decide what I am going to do with it.

As you can tell, I changed the header...yes the picture is not that great, but I am in love with it anyway~everytime I see a family picture like this of us, I am just in amazement that all these kids belong to me, and that I am so blessed and lucky! So that's why I posted it up~until a clearer one comes along.

I took down my shutters yesterday, because just like the Coral family, we have birds that like to breed on our house. Yes, ON our house. They have built 3 nests behind my shutters on the stone...and on top of the nests, they are pooping EVERYWHERE!! My porch, walkway, trees and all on the shutters, shingles, and stone! It is so gross! So I took down the shutters that border Austins room, and I am going to take down the other set that border the dining room until I can figure out what the heck I am going to do with all this crap! Literally!

I am thinking about buying up the 4.99 birdhouses at the christmas tree shop, and attaching them to the posts on the fence. Just to get them out of my deck and shutters. I really am tired of birds! So this is what my house looks like after I removed the 2nd floor shutters, (and I believe you can see the one nest that did not fall off yet.

Do you guys think it looks bad without the shutters?!? I'm gonna take the lower set off also, so there will be no shutters on the stone at all.....gimme your thoughts!

Boys will be boys.....

I guess it's going to be one of those posts! LOL!

Donovan....er...I mean......Logan, was raiding his bike yesterday, and ran right into the curb....I saw it with my own eyes and it looked like it HURT like a mother! Well, it must have because now for this second day the poor kid is still having trouble walking! LOL! Ugh, and as a parent, I look at it, and it makes my skin crawl! Gross! I feel so bad for him! LOL! Here you go! The damage!
Looks pretty bad huh!? I think this is honestly the only time he's had such a boo boo! Usually he's wearing knee pads or something, but not this time! LOL!! Oh well! It's gonna heal.

So I am starting a new project! Anyone who is friends with me on facebook and reads this blog will know who this did belong to! LOL! You can admit it's yours if you want to, otherwise, I'll just stay mum....

Anyway, so I did, YES I ACTUALLY TRASH PICKED SOMETHING!!! LOL!! But I saw it as I was coming home, and I have been DYING for one of these, but have a hard time paying over 100 bucks for something that I know would rust this badly......so, I asked my friend what was wrong with it and he said nothing~just that it was really really rusty. I asked him if I could have it and so he put it aside for me. I got it home and so far all I've done with it is wire sanded it, and got all the loose rust off of it. And it ALREADY looks really good! I bought the Rust-oleum primer that I have to do next, and then I bought the Rust-oleum high heat spraypaint in Black. It's going to look sweet, and it only cost me like 20 bucks for the stuff I needed! So I can't wait to see what it's gonna look like when it's painted! I am happy that I have another project to deal with! Whoo Hoo!
Before the Wire sanding.....

After the wire brushing....
So I was going to do the primer today, but it looks like it's going to rain.....maybe I'll do it when Rowan goes for a nap. I really want to get this done. But for now, it's good. I want to buy a cover for it, so that it does not get any more rusty. Okay, wish me luck!

Kids and Kuteness

Yes, I know I spelled cuteness wrong...LOL!

This morning, I woke up to the greatist wake up that any mom could! Rowan came out of his room and I woke up to him in my bed, under my covers on my pillow, kissing me and saying "I love you free" (three~for those who don't understand kid~lingo). I was like AWWWWW, how sweet~and he just kept kissing me! I felt so LOVED this morning!!! Which is nice, because how many times do they actually do that in the morning?!? I'm not sure, but I will be enjoying every minute of it until they don't want to do it anymore.

Jordan also, he's been so sensative the past few weeks, hugging me all the time and kissing me all the time....he's just such a love munch! I remember before when he would not kiss or hug you worth anything. You had to force him....now it's all he wants to do. God, I love that also!!

Can you believe that the kids slept until 9:15 this morning?? How awesome is that?!?! I had to make sure they were still breathing, because it's unusual for them to do that! LOL! So that obviously ment I did not get out of my bed until 8:45 because I had a love bug in my bed! LOL!

Austin now weighs 14 pounds! He's such a little piggy! He is now eating cereal, and can roll from from his belly to his back, and now he is starting to play with his toys to entertain himself.....Gosh, it's such a great feeling that he's progressing.....but it's so sad, knowing that he is the last of the Coral's. They grow up so fast, and it's so depressing. LOL!! I can't wait however, until they are all out of diapers....I don't know what it's like to never have to change diapers. I've been constantly changing them for 7 years. LOL!! And it will be strange to not have baby stuff in the house, like cribs, and pack and plays, ugh...it's the life that I've known for such a long time....and the change, I know will be for the better, but I don't know what it's like.....since I've constantly had a baby in the house. Wow, it's going to be so strange........Align Center

My name is Logan

LOL, I think it's so funny~this morning Donovan (the oldest) told me that he changed his name to Logan, and wants to be called that from now on. So I am playing the game.....LOL! I just called out "hey Logan" and he looked up and said "What". So I guess that is what he wants. LOL! Like I said to my Facebook friends, at least he did not want me to call him Giovanna, or some female name...but even if he did~I'd be fine with it! LOL!
That's okay, I changed my name to the Queen and they all have to call me that from now on, so I guess it's only fair! LOL!

So the boys want to go camping, so yesterday I put up our little tent, and we are going to sleep in it this weekend.....I can't wait to see how long they last out there! LOL! This should be pretty comical! LOL! I am debating on letting them sleep out there by themselves and just sleeping on the couch downstairs, or sleeping out there with them....eh, will see how I am feeling at that time! LOL!

So there are only 39 Days left until we go to Disney!!! Man, I can't believe how the time just flies by so fast!!! Carrie and I have been buying up the Dollar Store's stuff for the trip. LOL! I've bought the little personal fans for them, squirt bottles to spray the kids with, you know all the things we will need because of the long drive.................you know I am a little Jealous that Carrie is flying and getting there in 2 hours. LOL! I would have loved to take all the kids on a plane and be there in no time vs. driving there and taking 15 hours and listening to kids complaining. LOL! Oh well, maybe next time! We are loading them up on video games, movies, and snacks just to shut them up! LOL!

Are they all yours, and anxiety that comes with kids

This is the question that we frequently get asked....and I have to laugh...I guess because I am so use to it now, it really does not phase me all too much. But I have to say that being a mom of 5 boys under 7 is pretty funny when we go out.

Take the other day for example....we went out to Sam's Club to do some shopping, and because my dad was here for 2 days to help us out, we took the kids to the Home Depot workshop, then went to Sam's to grab a few things.....we had 3 of them...they were behaving pretty good considering~Oh wait! They were running around looking for all the free samples! LOL! So all the people would start laughing everytime they had seen a cart! They would say "Come on guys look! Free Samples!" LOL! It was so cute, and the people would get a kick out of them...then anytime we'd mention that we had 2 more at home, we would get the priceless look (you know the one, where their mouth drops to the floor....then when we say that those ones are boys also, their eyes pop out of their sockets to match! LOL)

Okay.................I have to stop this story real quick and ask......

WHY ON EARTH DOES ROWAN FEEL THE NEED TO KEEP SITTING ON AUSTIN?!?

This is the 2nd time now that he's straddled him and tried to ride him like a pony....LOL! What is the infatuation with this?! It's driving me nutty! Grrr.....

Anyway, where was I......Oh yeah.....

Then we get the next question of "Were you trying for a girl" I tell them nope! We were in fact not even trying for the last 3! LOL! God just thought that we should be lucky enough to be surrounded by all these handsome boys! LOL! Then they say....."I don't know how you do it, but I give you a lot of credit!" LOL! I just laugh, because I give us a lot of credit also! I see people with 1-4 kids who can barely hold the fort. So I guess because since our kids are pretty well behaved in public, it makes me look like a good mom! LOL!

I do have to say though, I believe that my strictness with them is a result of them behaving well in public. I can take these kids shopping all day (yes, all 5 of them), and all I need to to is feed them, and they are good to go! I do not let them run around and cause rukus in the stores. They know it's unacceptable behaviour, and that they will get a time out in the store, or they will get no TV, or Video games.

I have to admit now......

I have been on a constant anxitey attack the past week....Let me just give you a little background here...I am a hypochondriac LOL! in the past month I have been to the dr. 4 times (Bill counted). LOL! Anyway, I guess with all these actors dying all of a sudden out of the blue, then that whole thing with with North Korea threatining to "Wipe us off the Map", and Swine flu....there would be no reason why I would not be so filled with constant anxitey...

I know as a parent, that we all worry for our own health, and the health of our families and especially our kids....they are so innocent and it's terrible for anything to happen to them....I noticed that I started the anxiety after I had Jordan and with each kid after him it gets worse! (I think it's because I now have 5 lives to worry about) I constantly worry to the point where it's hard to eat, or have a good time really doing anything, because I worry about someone getting hurt, dying or getting sick....

(No, I am not depressed......I just worry a lot****just to clarify for those who like to talk about me behind my back*****I don't need anymore rumors in the neighborhood thinking I have a depression problem now.)

I can only feel and know that I am so lucky that God has blessed me with 5 healthy and beautiful boys, and I want to know why I am so lucky! Like why is the Duggar family so lucky with health? 18 kids and all of them are just fine. Or Even John and Kate....okay, well, their marriage is over, but they have all healthy kids. I know I should be very happy and carefree, but on the contrary~I am a constant worrying mess.....

I know that I should be thankful, and not worry about everything so much to the extream, but I always see to live by the theory "Think of the worst, and hope for the best". Maybe I am a little too much on the "think of the worst" part. LOL! I am the first to admit that when someone has something, or I notice something maybe I have not noticed before, I am the first to research it online, and make my self absolutely crazy and sick over it, I look for every symptom possible... It's a terrible feeling in which I have no control over...I don't really like taking drugs, so I am trying to find a natural way to be rid of this constant anxiety attack. It's already going on a week now, and it's driving me crazy! I have to start going to the gym again, because I felt my best when I was going there.

Oh well, what are you going to do?! Just Breathe..........................Yoga Style!

Wow, it's been a while

I can't believe that I have not blogged in like 2+ weeks! Well, I won't bore you with all the details of those 2+ weeks, but maybe we will give a brief snyopsys. LOL!

I am FINALLY down to 118 pounds! I can't believe that I am 4 months post partum, and already only 8 pounds away from my goal! This is AMAZING!! Though I have not been to the gym in like over 2 weeks (they are probably wondering if everything is okay~since I was going so much). but with the new band, and our regular schedule, It's just chaos, and I have not had the time.

That will change this week, because I got to start going again.

Anyway. So we had our friend's son for the week one week, and he was so awesome. Not the behaviour I expected from him, but it was great having him with us for the week. We took him to Dorney with the other kids, and they were so well behaved it was sick! I could TOTALLY do 6 kids! It was cake! LOL!!! He is always welcome here, and the kids can't wait to have him back!
So that was 1 week....LOL

Week 2 was just a mess of everything from band, we FINALLY got a great guitar player this week, so now the band is complete, and we are going to be really great! I can't wait until we get all the harmonies down. It's going to be awesome!

I dropped by the shore this past week to suprise my friends....(and they were really suprised!) So it was nice! You should have seen their faces! They made me sing a song, which I was against doing....LOL! Cuz I am shy when I sing karaoke! LOL!
Then I also took the kids with my mom to the boardwalk for some fun! I love going there...the smells, and the sights. However, I don't miss the Bennys, and all the stupid traffic that comes with it! LOL! Anyway...the kids had fun, and trying to pack up everything was a chore. LOL. You know, when you have 5 kids, you can't just pick up and go like when you have 1 or 2. LOL, you have to bring everything and the kitchen sink! LOL!
Bottles, check, diapers, check, toys, check, 600 pair of clothes to change in, check...check, check! LOL! Ugh, thank god I have a big enough car! LOL!

Disney is getting closer and closer, and I am getting so excited for the kids! They are going to have such a great time! Carrie is really excited also! Bill...........well, I don't know how he's feeling about all of this! LOL! Eh, we'll get out one night~and we've decided to extend our stay an extra day, so it will be good! We are going to have a party/BBQ, and invite our friends and their kids. It's going to be so much fun!

Alright, I am going to start a new blog....LOL! This one was just to update you a bit...

Wisteria Lane...The Shawnee version..

This neighborhood is so full of Phony people it's hysterical! They all think they are better than you because they don't curse, or yell at their kids, or they pretend to be in a happy marriage~Or pretend to be financially secure for that fact.....

Not like I should have to defend myself or my family~but instead of Lies and assumptions being spread....try wasting your sorry ass breath about the "Coral Facts" that are truth, and nothing less.....

Well, take this one to the bank people, we have 5 kids and NO credit card debt (except for 1 card that we hardly use., emergencies only.) Our mortgage and bills are paid on time, and we have never once had anything turned off, or even threatened of such a thing....thankfully for us, my husband is a great financial planner~and he has and is still doing VERY well for us, which I am thankful for because I know that I will not be loosing my house in the future....unlike some, so when you lose your house, and I'm still in mine...we'll see who is laughing in the end.......

(you know, not for nothing~but as I just re read this part.....how funny is it that we are on one income, have 5 kids, and are living so well.....and the ones that like to gossip about us have less kids than us~have a double income and are struggling?!? LOL! Pretty funny in my eyes for sure!) I think I should start talking crap about all you guys! Nah! I'm much better then that!!

We are going on 9 Years of happy marriage June 30th, we may fight and have our differences~but we are human and it does happen. We are not perfect as a married couple~But Bill and I respect each other and we live for our kids AND each other. We live our separate lives and come together when we can and it works for us. I know my role as mom and wife, as he knows his as the provider, husband and father, but our kids are happy and so are we.......so that is all that matters.....so when all of a sudden we see you are divorced in the future~or you regret the turnout of your life because you are just staying together "for the kids".......then we'll see whose living the lie......and then you, my false friends will be talked about for sure!

I may be strict and curse a lot, but that is just who I am..I will give you the shirt off my back, even if I don't know you that much. I give my prayers and thoughts to those I do not even know, because I want everyone to have a close to perfect life...(a perfect life does not exist people~no matter how hard you want to believe it, or try to live one...) I don't like to see people in pain and hurt and if it's through raw humor, or what is needed~you can count on me being there to cheer you up! Yes, I am over opinionated, but I feel strongly about my views, and I don't really care what you think....again, I have to impress no one. I am a "real deal" person. I don't like bull Sh**, and I don't have to lie to make myself look better than you. I change for no one~not even Bill because he married me for who I am, foul language and all.......Everything about me is real, right down to my designer purses........unlike you guys who are as fake as the knockoffs you buy at the purse parties here.... (last comment not for everyone...just for those who know who they are....)

Yes, I have a lot of kids. but my kids are (many thanks to God and his powers) healthy, happy and diceplined. They ARE respectful to others and do not rule my world like many parents here. If my kids talked or treated me like these kids talk to their parents~they would have no teeth in their face! I am the parent, not them...I'll be damned if my kids are going to disrespect any adult or child they come across. When my kids were first able to say words, it's a fact that their 3rd words were all manners. Please, Thank You, Excuse me, etc....then we work on other words, because I feel that manners are the most important thing that a child should learn and execute first and foremost. (trying to accomodate ungreatful children only leads to ungreatful adults and adolencence.)

***For the record, everytime we visit someone's house, and everytime I take them out to the store or out to eat~you'd be amazed at how many people come out of their way to make compliments on how well behaved ALL of my children are, and I am proud to say that it's because of the way I am and have been raising them.****
(how many times has someone went out of their way to compliment you on your 1-3 kids?!?)

And most of all.....I may be strict with them, and yell at them~but actually ask them how many times they get a smacked....it's hardly at all. My bark is bigger then my bite, and in order for me to keep all these kids in line, unfortunately for me I have to maintain a strict household with them. They are very lovely kids and always want to do right, but just like any other kid, they make the wrong mistakes numerous times, then I have to start threatening them with dicepline. If they get a smack it is on the butt, or the hand. Sometimes they get a flick on the ear. But most of the time they are just put in time out, or have things taken away~like video games. But I do not abuse my kids, and I never smack them hard enough to leave marks. I maintain healthy order. Some kids don't need dicepline like this and that is great~good for them....but for a large household like what I have, (especially of all active BOYS) this is what works for us.

The most important part of us diceplining our children, is that they know how much we love them~for all the yelling you hear or see, there is 10 times the hugs and kisses, and thoughtful, kind words to each other as brothers, and to us as parents. You ask any of my children if we love them and their absolute definitive answer is "YES THEY DO". As long as they know that the reason we dicepline them is because it's our last resort in teaching them right from wrong, then sue us for being so kind to them the first 500 times we told them NOT to do something........but while our children will be brought up to be well rounded adults......don't be suprised when your children hate you, want nothing to do with you, and end up a pregnant teen, a drug addict, or rebellious....because you let them rule your world.....then we will see which parenting styles work better......

I just honestly suck all this B.S. up to Jealousy, and it's fine with me. I am so happy that I am so thought about in this neighborhood, that my family and I come up in conversation all the time. I am sure that they are not jealous they don't have 5 kids, but I'm sure that they are so jealous that my husband thinks I'm the hottest piece of A** in the neighborhood~so much so, that's why we have 5 beautiful boys (wink, wink) I can't help that we can't keep our hands off of each other. Or maybe they are jealous that I'm not a frumpy looking housewife~just like them~who try to hold onto their youth, but really just have no idea. I am going to grow old beautifully, because I am beautiful inside and out........while they are already growing old hurting..........because they are hurting inside and out. I have no regrets.....and I will never apologize for who I am, because I like who I am, and everything I do, I do for my family.

Don't hate me because I'm beautiful..........hate me because you can't be me....

Happy Father's Day!!

What Makes a Dad

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,
Then God combined these qualities,
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called it ... Dad

If you though we were crazy before.........

Then how do you like us now?!?! We have decided to take ALL the kiddos to Florida!!! We are renting a house and doing 5 days and 4 nights at all the Disney parks........DRIVING TO Florida AND FROM Pennsylvania! LOL!!

I take it this way, if Jon and Kate can do it, then SO CAN WE!! We are even going to have some help because Carrie is coming with us! We are so happy! The houses are so cute, they are all Disney Themed houses, they have the private pools with the Lani's and they are really nice. They are only 4 miles from the entrances to the parks, which is an even bigger plus! Whoo Hoo!!

www.loyaltyusa.com

I am already trying to figure out what we are going to need, because with 7 people and a long drive down, it should prove to be rather interesting. LOL! Carrie is going to fly down and get the house prepared for us before we arrive, so that when we get there, all we have to do is let the kids run around for a bit, and then throw them in bed.

I am really excited as I've been wanting to take the kids to Disney for like 5 years now, so the fact that we are ACTUALLY going on a family vacation this year is so AWESOME!! They are going to be so happy, and I am so happy for them. And what is great is a lot of the rides, they have to be 40 inches, and Jordan is 40, Brayden is 41, and Donovan is 46.5. So that means they can all ride! And there are also a lot of rides that say "Any height" which means even Austin and Rowan can ride! LOL, this is going to be so much fun! It will be nice to get away from PA, and NJ for a little while and change it up a bit! We really need this for the kids. I always feel so bad that their friends have been there at least 3 times, and they've never gone.

The only problem that we see is that it's hurricane season, AND the weather is really hot that time of year, so hopefully we won't experience the extream to this. LOL! I don't need another story for the exciting Chronicles! Then again, it WOULD make you come back~right??

I am going to add the "Official" Disney Countdown clock! We have also started an "X" Chart. The chart is only allowed to have 40 X's, but whoever has 40 X's does not go to Disney~instead...they will have a nice stay at "Resort Tynys" aka. my parents house. If they get an X, they can get it removed by doing a good deed....be it cleaning their room, being a good listener for the day, no whining...etc...So we will see how this develops over the weeks. I will post weekly who has what! LOL!

(oh yeah~now it's 61 days till disney I think. LOL!)

Okay, so since the Hunk decided to make fun of me because my last post was about how I lost 1 pound (he said I was pretty much nuts because I posted that), I will explain why I did that for those who may be as confused as he is.....

As everyone who is dieting or getting in shape knows~you sometimes hit a little "Plateau" for a month or longer...well, as you all know I've been 125 for about a month. So when I broke it, and got to 124~even though it's only 1 pound, it's still a break. So much so now....that I weigh 123 POUNDS!!! So it seems like all my hard work is finally paying off! I am so happy that I am successful in my quest to being a fitness model! And I think that my photos and updated weight and BMI is a great way to see my progress! I am happy with it all, and I just can't wait to be back at my pre pregnancy weight goal 110 lbs. So what, I have like 13 pounds to go before August 1? AAHH!! It's only 2 months away!! However, if I am not in the shape that I need to be in, I am not going to do it until I am comfortable in my own skin. This Friday, I will be updating my pics again on Facebook.

speaking of which, I have to go now and get Donovan~it's his last week of school and they are all 1/2 days.....also I am going to the gym at 5:30.

Friday, June 12, 2009

I LOST A POUND!!

Whoo hoo! I stepped on the scale this morning and I now weigh 124!! I am so excited! Remember, my goal by August is 110 lbs! Man, I can't believe that it's in sight so soon! I'm telling anyone who really wants to loose weight, diet and exercise. I have trained my body to not accept fast food anymore, and junk food. Now when I eat it, I actually get really sick to my tummy.

I do yoga and pilates 3 days a week, and cardio on mondays and fridays with a little extra weight training for what I'm not feeling in my classes.

I got my hair cut and colored, and I absolutely LOVE it!! It looks so nice!

Getting highlights

And here is how Rowan ate breakfast yesterday morning.

One cool dude!

School is almost out!!

I can't wait for school to get out June 18th. Yeah, they got a late outing with all this darn snow, but it's okay. It will be fun to take the kids out to Dorney, and the shore, and go for walks. It will be a blast.....
WAIT A MINUTE! I have 3 MONTHS of having ALL 5 KIDS AT HOME FULL TIMEAlign Center?!?! OMG, I must be totally crazy to be so excited about this! LOL! We will see how my TRUE parenting skills work when I am going to have all 5 all day, all the time!

Sorry I have not blogged, but I don't know about you guys~This weather is such a bummer and I really hope that it is not like this all the time. I've been so tired and unmotivated. I can't wait for the sun to come out. I feel too much anxiety when the weather is like this.

However, yesterday was a very productive day for me. I moved the Island in my kitchen caddy cornered. I like it so much better. I have mentioned to the hunk how I wanted to move it, and he kept saying no, no, no. But I am so sick and tired of the walls getting scratched up by these chairs, that this was the best option. It looks so much nicer this way!

Before...

After....

Yes, I did it all by myself! The hunk was at softball....er...wait...Work, and I got bored so I decided to do it, even though he said no! LOL! I did not tell him about it all day, and when he came home he just laughed. He actually likes this placement better also. So I am glad. Whoo hoo!!

Look at how big Austin is getting now!

He's such a little cutie pie! He is totally sleeping through the night, and is always such a happy boy! He loves to show his gummy smile, and drool all over you with complete happiness! He's truly, Mr. Right! LOL!!! He weighs about 12 lbs now.

So I have been practicing with my new band. My first show with them is this Saturday, so I am happy since I got screwed out of my farewell show last weekend. What a way to end a band lemme tell ya. NJ just kicked me in the butt, so hopefully Pennsylvania will be as good to me as NJ has!

I have been going to the gym, taking many yoga and pilates classes. I love them. I have really become a work out buff! You can always find me at the gym! It's my home away from home! I hope that I really do meet my goal by August, because if I don't, then I am not going to do it.

LOL, So I am going to try a new way of parenting for the summer, and see what happens. Well, I love watching the Dugger show on TLC, and it just amazes me at how well behaved all those kids are. I wish mine are like that! LOL! But I know that they are limited on computer internet usage, and really hardly watch TV. So I took all the really voilent games off of the computer, you know...Call of Duty, Far cry, etc....

Now, there is only educational games. I think it's good, especially for Jordan who still needs a little help. He should be as good with his ABC's as he is with Call of Duty. If that was the case, he'd be a pure genius! I am also limiting television time ot 3 hours a day. Which is a huge cut back, considering that TV is on all hours of the day. They play so great together with the legos, and other things, that they should do it more. But now that the summer is fast approaching, they should be hardly in the house anyway. So this stuff won't matter.

I have a list of home improvements that will be happening this summer. I can't wait to share them with you!! I am going to be re-painting the kichen (yes, again), and the family room..yes again...but now I am going to do my plain white bedroom and bathroom, (the only 2 non-painted rooms in the house) LOL! My friend Nicole is going to be "Online Designing" for me, so we will see the results..I can't wait. We are still getting 1/2 the basement finished for the boys~which will be nice because every toy in this house will be gone from the upstairs! Whoo Hoo! That is a lot of my stress in this house! Also, the computers will be going down there, and nothing better find it's way back up! LOL!
I am also going to fix up the garage this summer. It's so plain and white. I am going to do shelving, paint the walls, and finish the floor. It's going to look so nice! I want to repaint Rowan's room because the baseball wall looks like crap, and I am tired of looking at it. I am also considering a doggie door for Don vito! LOL! How hard can it be?!?
We are also going to refinish the 1st top level of our yard. It's a mess, but I am using a landscaper to figure out what to do...oh yeah, and we are re-doing our deck......I hate that freakin' deck!

So that's it for now...Check back later!

Why all the crying?!?

Ugh, today was one of those days with the kids. I put them to bed early. 1/2 hour early! Whoo Hoo! But they are still crying because they all got yelled at...

Why~you ask?!

One question, When you leave a plastic bag filled with poopy diapers on the floor for about 3 minutes with 4 active boys, what do you think will happen??? They decided to throw the bag at each other, in turn breaking it open and getting poop all over my dining room rug. EWW!! How gross!! So I had to clean it up. I put Donovan in time out in his room. Then the other kids were bothering him~running around again and trashing everything. So I've literally had enough of them today! I still have yet to grasp the concept of "When they speak~I have to move right away, but when I speak, it can take up to 10 times before 1/2 of my sentence will have any acknowledgement in their tiny little brains."

I went to my Yoga class today. God it feels so good to get in there and stretch, and complete my core to gain my balance back! Renee asked me if I could still do all the gymnastics from when I was in high school, and I told her I could probably get my flexibility back if I worked on it! LOL! Apparently for these fitness shows~the contestants do gymnastics. Sounds good to me. I'd love to be back in my High School body once again! LOL! I was going to go to a Kickboxing class at 7, but the kids were acting up, and I did not want to bring them back for that extra hour.

We have so many projects in the works. we have to finish a walkway now that the shed is built. We have to finish our basement. I want to repaint the kitchen (yes again!) I have my eye on remodeling the bathroom downstairs because I am sick of looking at the pedistool sink. I want to repain the family room. I also FINALLY want to do my bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately for me, that is always the last room to be finished. LOL! But the bedroom, and familyroom are going to have to wait until the basement is done. I want all the toys gone, and in the basement. No more upstairs.

Can you believe I STILL hear them crying upstairs?!? OMG~Please go to bed!!
Here are some pictures from today when everyone was happy! Enjoy!

Life is a "Gas"

So I forgot to mention this the last time, but I was in Yoga laying on the floor and there was a woman laying about 3 feet ahead of me (her feet to my head), and everytime we stretched......she farted! OMG, how do you not realize you are doing this~and WHY do you think it's okay to do this 3 feet away from my head?!? Thank God there was no down wind~otherwise, I'd be in trouble.

Well, today I was in Mat Pilates and the SAME FREAKIN' THING HAPPENED. Except that this person was right across the room, so I was not really too offended. LOL! But come on already! Keep your gas~in your own A*s! Thank you!

So lemme see....my day from hell. Today was one of those days where I probably really should have stayed in bed. Suprisingly~it's not even a full moon, so I can't figure out what the excuse is. Maybe "Just a bad day". Anyway....

So this morning I get up, and get the kiddo's ready to go to the gym (my new found love), (Though as I type, I am now eating my 2nd meatball Hot Pocket at midnight....defeating the purpose I'm sure). There was an 11:00 Yoga class there. I was soo happy because I FINALLY got some other friends to come with me. So we get there, and I get the kids we walk in, and the one girl from the daycare was standing outside. I looked at her like "WTF", because there were also other parents and kids standing around in the foyer of the gym. Well, she proceeds to tell me that they found a little girl in there (currently in the gym as we were speaking), and she was totally infested with Lice!!! EWW!!! Now, I technically was okay with this~because I have boys, and I can just shave their heads if need be....until I found out if I get them, then I am screwed, and so is the dog and furniture...etc. So then my mind over matter starts acting up, and I am itching all over the place. LOL! I felt so gross, and I did not even do anyting. They ended up closing the daycare, and my friends and I ended up not taking any classes. *sniff*

Now please explain to me how the parent did not see all the lice in her kids head especially when she put her daughter's hair in pigtails?!? Maybe she is one of those looser parents who just knew, and was hoping that they would not find out~so that she could still work out....TRASH! I hate people like that! They have no consideration for people like me who have multiple children, and this crap spreads like wildfire, and it's a bitch to get rid of! Come on people and THINK, and be CONSIDERATE of others who will have to deal with this eventually. I'll tell you what, I saw the mom, and if my kids get lice, the NEXT time I see her, she will have ME to deal with! Show some respect Lice Lady!

So I drop off my friends from our eventful yet unproductive time at the gym, then realized that I had to get a duplicate licence because I lost mine behind my kitchen cabinet. Yes, I'm an Idiot. LOL! I went to put it on the backsplash, and did not see the minute hole behind it. As soon as I let go of the bugger, it dropped right beneath. Hunk looked at me and said "omg, that sux!" Duh, you think?!? So that means I have to go to the Penndot Driver's Licencing Center (better known to us New Jersians as DMV.)

Well, I have to honestly say that if we thought DMV was terrible, you should come here and experiance the Wal-mart Rejected employees~who don't like to take cash, or help you. I had 4 kids with me today~so you do the judgement. Okay, soooo I go in and ask the button pusher~info giver outer senior citizen employee how much it cost to get a new licence since I lost mine. She said she does not know, that is not her department....okaaayyy....Well, there was a 1 hour waiting limit. So she proceeds to tell me to go to the board, find what I needed and the cost was there. So I scanned the board and found "Duplicate photo card". Mind you~nowhere did it say "Driver's Licence", so I thought that the photo card was what I needed....$5...not too bad. So I had to go around the corner of the plaza to CVS and get a money order, because they do not accept cash, or credit cards. They only accept Money orders, or checks....ummm...hello?! Ugh, this is all so aggervating to me. So then I come back with my $5 money order waiting my turn with the kids, I get up to the desk and the guy says "Okay~that will be $12". I said, "no way! It's $5 for a photo card." He said "Oh, you wanted a photo card~not a Licence?" OMG, I wanted to grab him by his neck and fling him across the room!!! I said "The woman door greeter said that I needed to look on the board and pick what I needed. I saw Photo Card~Thinking a driver's licence, because she was unable to help me out." I then asked him how I am suppose to pay the remainder of the balance and he said I have to go BACK to CVS and get another one. I said "I want to speak to that lady's manager." She comes over and I told her that lady's job is bullcrap and she is useless. I also told her that it was totally pointless to have her sit there and greet people when she is unable to provide the proper infomation to customers needing things ESPECIALLY when there is a 1 hour wait, and you need to have a freakin money order for whatever you need. She told me that the lady was suppose to direct me to the proper person to speak with for what I needed.....LMFAO you gotta be kidding! I said, well, she did not....and I had to figure it out on my own and got it wrong, and now I am short money for my licence~and it's all her fault. I told her that, that lady is the MAIN person you see when you first walk in, and she should at least have enough knowledge to tell you how much a renewal is and a duplicate. She apologized (but I could tell it was just to get me out of the line), and I told her that I don't appreciate an employee who is such a waste. (she was 100 years old, and could barely hear you as it was.)
I then tell the man, I am not going back to CVS because of all the kids and will pay exact change in cash....so he then directs me to his manager who also tells me that I need to go to CVS for a money order. I look at him and said, "It's dangerous for me to keep lugging these kids all over the place because of the fact your stupid company does not accept cash. I am NOT going back to CVS with all these kids." Then I said to him "you want a money order so badly.........here! (I put the money on the counter) Then YOU go to CVS and get me my money order. He just looked at me like OMG. LOL! Then he said~I can do that for you. And he did. So I got my stupid licence duplicated, and will NEVER go back to that stupid germ infested place again!! Jerks!

So I go to the mall, do what I have to do, Rowan peed through his pants, Brayden and Jordan were whining the whole time.....This one is hungry, that one had to go potty, this one is bored...blah, blah, blah....(that's what it sounds like after a while.) We get Donovan, come home, Carrie comes to do the laundry, and then, I go to my 2 classes at the gym. I felt better after the gym. I really like it there. It's a great little realiver for me.

This past weekend we went with the neighbors to the Sand's casino in Bethlehem. It was terrible. There were no tables. Just slots. It got boring after about the first hour. So we sat around drining $1 beers that the coctail waitress was giving us. LOL! I ended up super drunk. LOL! But it was fun! We also had our neighborhood garage sale, and ended up makin $250, so we did awesome, and sold almost all of our stuff! Whoo Hoo!!

Ugh, I'm tired! Hopefully tomorrow is a better day! Goodnight!
